Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
I believe in the potential of people to heal and have the life that they deserve. I work with individuals, couples, families, teens, and adolescents with a variety of emotional and behavioral issues, providing services that span from therapy for depression and grief counseling to parenting support, couples counseling, anger management and beyond. I believe in being in the moment with each patient, providing a comfortable and safe therapeutic environment to promote personal growth. It is important to understand a person's social and family background and how those affect their daily life and functioning. I strive to assist individuals in changing negative thoughts (cognitions) and behaviors to more positive alternatives. I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client's individual needs to help attain the growth they are striving to achieve. I look forward to working with you.
